New Student Information System: Teacher Ease

How can parents/students access TeacherEase?

Here's how parents view their child's grades, attendance, etc. on TeacherEase:

  1. For security reasons, parents CANNOT create their own accounts. Your child's teacher must set it up for you.
  2. At least one of the student's teachers must use TeacherEase.
  3. The parent/student provides their email address to the teacher (or school). The teacher (or school) will typically request the email address in a letter, at registration, at back to school night, etc.
  4. The teacher (or school) enters this email address into TeacherEase for each student. TeacherEase creates a parent account with access to these student(s). Your email address will be your login when accessing TeacherEase.
  5. TeacherEase will send a "welcome" email with login and password information to the parent. Once you receive this email, you should be able to login. If you haven't received this "welcome" email please contact your teacher directly.
  6. The parent can then use this login/password to access their student's information. Go to www.TeacherEase.com, click "Login", and fill in your information.

NEO Art Academy Logo.png

Greetings from the Art Program at NEO A&M College!

I would like to extend an invitation to all students who have completed grades 9-12 to attend the NEO Summer Art Academy July 14-17, from 1-3:30 in the afternoon, and would appreciate your help in getting the word out about it.  The event is sponsored by the NEO Development Foundation and will take place in the studios and classrooms of the newly renovated Kah-Ne Hall on the campus of NEO A&M.  This will be a great opportunity for high school kids to learn more about art and the creative process in a college setting.

Teaching artist Jordan Murdock has been hired to instruct the students in several projects that will develop their painting skills and enhance their knowledge of art history.  The high school class will be filled as applications are received.  Tuition for the Art Academy is $50, with a limited number of scholarships available.  I’ve attached a copy of the registration form and the scholarship application.

Other art camps for younger students will be offered in Miami during the same week.  A painting academy for middle school students (having completed grades 6-8) will take place at NEO in the mornings, and those interested in attending may also complete the attached application form.  The Miami Arts and Humanities Council will host its 18th annual “Art for Fun” for kids who have finished grades 3-5, and sign-ups will begin on June 30 at the CVB office at the corner of the Coleman Theatre in downtown Miami.  Art for Fun will be in the mornings of the same week, but it will be in a different location and will go through Friday.

Please encourage any students you think would enjoy these art sessions to enroll.  The classes will be educational and fun, and snack breaks will be provided.  You can direct any questions to me at the contact information given below.

--->   HERE is the application form.

Thank you!
